Find gifts on outings and match them to customers
Find gifts on outings, then give them through Menu → Actions → Gift; choose the item that matches your intended customer’s fan condition. Move reusable equipment between customers as needed, and save consumable dish gifts for characters you want to improve permanently.
How to find and give the right gift
- Choose the customer you want to win over. Find their name in the gift table below, then note the matching item and outing destination.
- Reach the sea containing that destination, then open Menu → Actions → Go Out. Outing spots become available when you reach their sea, and outings run while the restaurant remains open.
- Explore the listed destination for its gift items. Revisit when you need more supplies, since repeat trips bring back the destination’s ingredients and items.
- Open Menu → Actions → Gift and select the recipient and item. Check both names before giving it, especially when choosing a dish that will disappear after use.
- Transfer equipment to another character when you want someone else to benefit. Commit dish gifts to your intended recipients, because their improvements last but the items are consumed.
Gift locations and the customers they turn into fans
Each gift below comes from the listed outing and turns its matching customers into fans. Start with the recipient you want, then use the destination column to plan your next trip. Follow the specific match when choosing a gift, even if another item seems to suit the character.

Choose equipment for flexibility and dishes for lasting boosts
Gifts can increase a recipient’s speed and appetite. Faster customers reach their seats and leave sooner, while greater appetite lets them eat more during a visit. These benefits help your restaurant earn more from its customers.
Equipment gifts are reusable and can move between characters without being consumed. Give them to customers currently visiting, then transfer them when you want another character to benefit. Their flexibility makes them useful when your immediate priorities change.
Dish gifts are consumed when given and provide lasting improvements. Save them for customers you intend to keep improving. Before spending a dish, decide whether your priority is its lasting boost or satisfying that customer’s food wish.
Use gifts to build fans and shop affinity
Giving a customer their particular gift can turn them into a fan immediately. Fans visit more often and keep returning after you move to another sea. Prioritize these matches when you want a customer to remain a familiar face as your restaurant travels.
Food gifts can also raise shop affinity. Decide whose affinity you want to improve before using a consumable dish. You can review a visitor’s shop affinity, satisfaction and restaurant wishes in the information tab.

Plan exploration around your next recipient
Use the customer you want to win over to choose your next outing. For Corazon, look for a Log Pose at Twin Cape; for Gunko, seek a Tone Dial at Skypiea. Pick the destination that brings you closer to the fan you want.
If exploration stalls because your crew’s level is too low, train with Zoro and return. Some exploration events also require a particular character or another crewmate’s help. Check the event’s requirement before repeating the trip.
Gift and food-wish questions
- Why did a gift fail to turn a customer into a fan?
- Fan conditions differ between customers: they can require a specific gift, a dish unlock or a facility in your restaurant. Check that character’s condition before choosing the next gift.
- How do I satisfy a customer who wants to eat a dish?
- Put the requested dish into a set menu you are actually serving, or give it directly as a dish gift. Characters working a staff shift and those being treated in Chopper’s sick bay do not order. Check the recipient before gifting, since dish gifts are consumed.
