How recruitment and fan conditions work
Recruit missing Straw Hats by displaying their posters, obtaining information about their whereabouts and paying the indicated coins; other characters arrive through outings, invitations, requests, hospitality challenges and achievement rewards. Turn customers into fans by fulfilling their individual gift, dish or facility condition, which keeps them visiting across later seas and can open further requests.
Straw Hat recruitment and crew benefits
Luffy and Sanji are available from the start. For the missing crew, use the poster and visitor pair below, then return to the displayed poster after their location is revealed and pay the recruitment cost.

Recruit a missing Straw Hat
- Collect the crew member's poster from the location above, or progress the story for a poster awarded that way.
- Place the poster in your restaurant as you would a decoration.
- Bring in the matching visitor and let them see the poster. If that visitor has not arrived, work on their discovery and request conditions.
- Once the visitor reveals the crew member's location, select the poster again and pay the indicated coins. Recruitment costs differ between characters.
Customer arrival routes and fan conditions
Outing locations below tell you where to meet characters; an encounter can lead to a restaurant visit or a request first. Hospitality entries identify the table theme to prepare. Instructions marked “Fan” describe the separate requirement for keeping that customer returning.

Characters unlocked through the achievement list
Open Menu → Management → Achievement List and complete every goal on the relevant page to bring its characters to the restaurant. Individual goals award coins, but the character visit comes from finishing the page.

Prepare a hospitality table
- Get Facility Blueprints from Nami's break-room shop, then craft themed furniture in Franky's break room. Marine and Drum Kingdom pieces also require their matching books from outings.
- Place the furniture around your chosen table and keep competing furniture categories below the intended theme. Check each item's category icon when the table takes the wrong type.
- Prepare comfort, reputation and set-menu tastiness alongside the correct theme. Hospitality requires 75 total points, and the matching table type contributes 20.
- Check tastiness in the set-menu list before attempting hospitality. After your first attempt, use the guest's displayed targets to decide what to improve.
Turn a visitor into a fan and follow their requests
- Read the customer's arrival information, then open Menu → Management → Everyone's Requests to revisit their fan condition and requests.
- For a gift condition, open Menu → Actions → Gift and choose the specified item and recipient. Equipment gifts can be reassigned; dish gifts are consumed.
- For a dish condition, unlock the named dish. For a facility condition, place the named facility in the restaurant; check the exact item when similar names appear.
- Return to Everyone's Requests as you make progress. Fan status can open further requests, while a visitor's information also shows shop affinity, satisfaction and restaurant wishes.
Some fan conditions depend on another character's progress. Law needs the Sleeping Room unlocked through Corazon, while Doflamingo needs Lobster, a dish idea from Shanks. Work toward those prerequisite characters before spending resources on unrelated gifts or decorations.
If an eating wish will not complete, put the requested dish into a set menu you are serving. Characters working as staff or receiving treatment in Chopper's sick bay do not order meals, so check their assignment as well as the menu.
