Start with customer requests
Start with Menu → Management → Everyone’s Requests, then develop dishes, improve your tables and send crew on outings to grow Baratie Number Two. For your next problem, use the recipe and set-menu guides for food, the character directory for recruitment, the layout guides for building, and the sea-goal guide for story progression.
The restaurant earns berries from dish and item sales while it is open. Outings bring back recipe cards and ingredients for new dishes, while customer wishes reward facilities, items and berries. Keep these activities connected: pick a request, collect what it needs, and use the reward to improve your restaurant.
Build your opening routine
- Fulfil an available wish through Menu → Management → Everyone’s Requests to earn its listed reward, including facilities, items or berries.
- Send a crew member through Menu → Actions → Go Out when you have hearts to spare; outings run alongside restaurant service and return recipe cards, ingredients and items.
- Develop a dish through Menu → Shop → New Dish using a character’s idea, a recipe card and an ingredient; Sanji shows the possible dishes you can choose.
- Build a set menu from a main dish, side dish, dessert and drink once sets are unlocked; each category has its own slot, so matching categories cannot share a set.
- Place decorations through Menu → Build with your tables inside their displayed effect areas; raising a table to comfort rank C unlocks remote ordering and speeds service.
- Display a missing Straw Hat’s poster in the restaurant so the visitor linked to that crew member can see it and reveal their location.
- Recruit the missing crew member by selecting their poster after the location is revealed and paying the required coins; placing the poster alone does not finish recruitment.
- Check Menu → Actions → Sea Objectives for your story goals; completing them triggers the cooking battle, and winning that battle opens the next sea.
Give your crew useful break rooms
Prioritize Zoro’s, Nami’s and Franky’s break rooms as you recruit them. Zoro’s room lets you spend training points to level up the crew, Nami’s room provides ingredient trading, and Franky’s handles building and land expansion. Higher crew levels help clear obstacles that block outing discoveries.
Once Nami is recruited and her break room is built, buy Facility Blueprints from its shop. Franky uses those blueprints to make facilities in his own break room, and Nami’s stock replenishes on later in-game days. Some themed facilities also need matching books found on outings, so a missing crafting material can send you back to exploration.

Check these progression blockers
If a customer still wants a dish you already developed, check the set menus you are actually serving. Add the requested dish by hand if automatic menu selection left it out. Characters working as staff or receiving treatment in Chopper’s sick bay do not order food.
If an outing’s discoveries stop progressing, check the requirement attached to the remaining event. Some events need a higher crew level, another crew member’s help or a particular character. Train with Zoro when levels are the obstacle, then return to the destination.
If an expansion is unavailable, check its named character requirements and your story progress. The required headcount is not simply your total staff, and further expansion requests can depend on reaching another sea. When you need another achievable goal, open Menu → Management → Achievement List for coin rewards and customer unlocks.
