Find Mihawk With Zoro, Then Complete Hospitality
Recruit Nami to unlock outing companions, then take Zoro to the Wreck of the Dreadnaught Sabre in the Sea of Beginnings to find Mihawk. For his hospitality challenge, prepare a Pirate-themed table and aim for at least 120 comfort, 350 reputation and 300 set-menu tastiness.
Have Nami and Zoro Back Before You Explore
Nami enables companion selection for outings, so recruit her before arranging the trip for Mihawk. Zoro also needs to be back aboard so you can bring him along. Check these crew requirements before spending time revisiting the wreck.
Follow the Route From the Wreck to His Table
- Choose the Wreck of the Dreadnaught Sabre outing in the Sea of Beginnings and select Zoro as your companion. This is the outing and companion combination for finding Mihawk.
- Prepare a table with Pirate-category furniture around it. Check the furniture category icons and keep competing categories below Pirate so the table takes the theme Mihawk wants.
- Improve the chosen table's comfort and prepare your tastiest set menus before attempting hospitality. Check tastiness in the set-menu list, because the hospitality screen does not display that stat.
- Attempt Mihawk's hospitality challenge using your prepared Pirate-themed table. After the first attempt, use the displayed guest targets to decide which part of your setup needs attention.
- Pass the challenge to bring Mihawk in as a customer and satisfy the achievement objective for discovering him. Afterward, work through his requests toward Resting Quarters for his fan requirement.
Mihawk's Hospitality Targets and How to Prepare
| Requirement | Target and Preparation |
|---|---|
| Table type | Pirate-themed table. Arrange Pirate-category furniture around the seat; the correct table type contributes 20 points. |
| Comfort | At least 120. Place comfort-raising furniture within range of the table and check its individual comfort value. |
| Reputation | 350. Develop new dishes and continue serving customers to increase their shop affinity and raise reputation. |
| Set-menu tastiness | 300. Compare tastiness in the set-menu list before the challenge and prepare suitably tasty meals. |
| Overall passing score | 75 points in total across comfort, table type, reputation and set-menu tastiness. |
Choose food by its tastiness when preparing for Mihawk. Price and tastiness are separate stats, and tastiness is the food-related part of hospitality scoring. Tastiness garnishes can also help when you edit a set menu.
Fix a Table That Keeps Losing the Pirate Theme
A table gets its theme from the furniture around it. Check the category icon in the top-left corner of each nearby item, then arrange the surroundings so Pirate remains the dominant category. Recheck the table after adding decorations, especially when nearby furniture belongs to another theme.
Comfort is calculated for each table, so inspect the actual seat you plan to use for Mihawk. When placing furniture from Menu → Build, use the preview to check its effect area and comfort contribution. Keep the table inside that area and check the result after rearranging.
Return Later if Your Comfort Is Too Low
If your early restaurant cannot reach Mihawk's comfort target, continue to the next sea and return for him later. Completing the Sea of Beginnings unlocks the Windmill Village Model, a monument you can use to improve nearby comfort. Collect unlocked monuments through Menu → Shop → Monuments, then place them from the Build menu within range of your hospitality table.
Franky's Break Room gives you another way to improve a crowded seating area through ceiling lights. These add comfort without occupying floor space. Keep checking both the comfort value and the table's category as you adjust the setup.
Separate His Customer Unlock From His Fan Requirement
Passing hospitality brings Mihawk in as a customer and completes his discovery objective on achievement page 1. Finishing the entire page brings Dragon to the restaurant. Check the remaining objectives after Mihawk's discovery to see what still stands between you and that page reward.
Mihawk's fan requirement comes later through the Resting Quarters facility obtained from his requests. The request for Resting Quarters requires shop affinity 10 and 100 coins. Open Menu → Management → Everyone's Requests to follow his requests, then place Resting Quarters as you work toward making him a fan.
Becoming a fan lets Mihawk keep visiting after you move to another sea, and fans visit more often. Achievement-list goals, new-dish tasting sessions, customer wishes and first visits provide coins. Keep those sources in mind while saving for his facility request.
Use Mihawk's Dish Ideas After Unlocking Him
Mihawk also supplies ideas for Cocoa and Cross Guild Afternoon Tea. Open Menu → Shop → New Dish and choose Mihawk when developing these dishes with Sanji. Use the combinations below for his recipes.
| Dish | How to Make It |
|---|---|
| Cocoa — drink | Choose Mihawk's idea and combine Drink Recipe with Beans and Tea Leaves. |
| Cross Guild Afternoon Tea — dessert | Choose Mihawk's idea and combine Rare Grain Ingredients with Rare Fruit Platter. |
